Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials or account have been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms or applicable law, or presents a risk to the bank or other customers.

You consent to receive account disclosures, statements, and notices electronically where you have enrolled in paperless delivery, and to transact business with us electronically.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and software of our website and app are owned by Charter North Bank or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only as needed to access your accounts.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charter North Bank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable banking or consumer-protection law.

7. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and applicable federal law. We may update these terms from time to time and will post the current version here with its effective date.
